Generally, JTT warrants that the product and its parts are new and are free from material and workmanship defects for a period of 12 (twelve) months for the Un-maned Arial Vehicle, from date of acceptance of
the delivery by customer. However, the warranty period and that apply to each specific part of the UAV are specified here bellows:

Motor and batteries 3 Months
Frame and propeller 0 (Not cover by warranty)
Within the warranty period, JTT or its Authorized Agent or Authorized Service Center will, upon the receiving of customer’s service request, attempt to identify and resolve the problem either by telephone call,
email or online chat. But if the problem could not be resolved via the said means, customer is required to deliver the defected product(s) to JTT or its Authorized Agent or Authorized Service Center for further
inspection and corrective repair actions to bring the product back to its full operation condition.When the repair required a replacement of product or part, the replaced product and part shall become JTT
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
The Limited Warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:
? This warranty extends only to product(s) distributed and/or sold by JTT or its Authorized Agent.
? This warranty does not cover the followings:
o Crashes or fire damage caused by non-manufacturing factors, including but not limited to, pilot errors.
o Damage caused by flights which operated by un-trained pilot.
o Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or shell opening not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
o Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
o Damage caused by a non-authorized service provider
o Damage caused by unauthorized modification of circuits and mismatch or misuse of the battery and charger.
o Damage caused by flights which did not follow instruction manual recommendations
o Damage caused by operation in bad weather (i.e. strong winds, rain, sand/dust storms, etc.)
o Damage caused by operating the product in an environment with electromagnetic interference (i.e. in mining areas or close to radio transmission towers, high-voltage wires, substations, etc.)
o Damage caused by operating the product in an environment suffering from interference from other wireless devices (i.e. transmitter, video-downlink, Wi-Fi signals, etc.)
o Damage caused by operating the product at a weight greater than the safe takeoff weight, as specified by instruction manuals.
o Damage caused by a forced flight when components have aged or been damaged.
o Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts.
o Damage caused by operating the unit with a low-charged or defective battery.
o Loss of, or damage to, your data by a product.
o Any software programs, whether provided with the product or installed subsequently.
o Failure of, or damage caused by, any third party products, including those that JTT may provide or integrate into the JTT product at your request.
o Damage resulting from any non-JTT technical or other support, such as assistance with “how-to” questions or inaccurate product set-up and installation.
o Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has been removed.
Limitation of Liability:
Customer is responsible for transportation cost and insurance to ship the defected product back to JTT, if and when required, for return repair or replacement that could onlybe performed in JTT premise. On
the other hand, JTT will responsible for transportation cost and insurance to return the repaired product back to the customer after repair.
Under no circumstance shall JTT and its Agent bear responsibility for property damage, bodily injury, death or any other losses or damages caused by the use of JTT’s unmanned aerial vehicle after the product
was delivered to its intended customer.
If JTT determines that the defect(s) does not fall under the warranty, JTT will advise the customer of the estimated cost of the repair and return delivery and will seek customer written approval for the repair
prior to the repairing. However, if the customer decided not to approve for such repair and request for product to be ship back unrepaired, customer will be invoiced for materials and labor cost incurred during
the examination process (including cost for the return shipment).
Return shipment that not resulting from supplier quality problem, the freight and insurance cost shall be for customer responsibility.
